The Enrolment Process

At Christ the King School, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, connected school community. We accept applications from anyone interested in applying for enrolment oat school. Applications can be submitted year-round for all year levels.

We encourage any interested families book a school tour or interview at their earliest convenience with our Principal, Matt Perry.

How to enrol at Christ the King School

Tour our school with the Principal

Discover what student life is like at Christ the King School by joining a Principal’s tour. You can join an upcoming group tour or book a personalised tour at a time that suits you. Tours are great way to see the school in action.


To book a tour, fill in an online request form or phone the school.


Request an Enrolment Pack

We welcome families from all cultural and faith backgrounds and encourage anyone to apply for enrolment. 

If you’d like to know more about our school, you can request an Enrolment Pack which includes an enrolment form and school prospectus.

Enrolment Packs can be sent to you via email or registered post.

Attend an enrolment Interview

After an initial enquiry, our administration staff will arrange an interview with your family and our Principal or member of our Leadership Team.

During the interview, our Principal gets to know your family and your child and discusses with you how our school can best support your child's educational growth.


Submit an Application for Enrolment

Parents can fill out an enrolment application online or in person.

Each application includes a non-refundable administration fee of $40 when submitted.

Please email with the completed form attached or submit the form in person to our front office staff.

Each enrolment application is assessed on an individual basis by our Principal.


Letter of offer

If your enrolment application is successful, you will be sent a letter of offer and acceptance form from our school. If you don’t receive an offer, we will notify you. If a place becomes available for your child, we will contact you via phone or email to discuss enrolment.

Families who wish to accept our letter of offer must return the Acceptance of Offer form to our administration staff which includes an $150 enrolment deposit that is deducted from your first-year fees.


Transition/Orientation at Christ the King School

Once your offer of acceptance has been received and approved, we will notify you of the dates and times for your child’s induction and first days at Christ the King School.

New Reception students join our transition program in the term prior to their commencement – see our Transition from Kindergarten page.

All other students receive a transitional/orientation period based on their individual needs. As a school, we work with families to ensure each child has an appropriate adjustment period.
